Project Weather Tech Scholarship will be awarded once each year to nine high school seniors who excel in science.Checks will be presented by a News 13 meteorologist at the News 13 studios. The Tech Scholarship is granted as a part of News 13’s commitment to educating children about science and weather.
To be eligible for this Tech Scholarship an applicant must:
. Have earned a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 on a 4-point scale.. Are currently attending high school within the News 13 viewing area (Orange, Osceola, Lake, Marion, Seminole, Sumter, Volusia, Flagler and Brevard).
